Models by Jim Roark

Jim Roark lives in the beautiful Sonora Desert in Arizona and has always been interested in the old wood wagons of the west. After much research and study, he has built a series of 1/16 scale wagons that represent a variety of uses that wagons were put to in the west.
Each wagon is approx. 8" long by about 6" high.
They are constructed to scale out of basswood, balsa wood, plastic, metal, wire and cloth. They are glued and nailed together carefully so that the finished model is solid and should last for many years. These models make a beautiful table or book shelf decoration and an excellent conversational piece or gift. Each model comes with a story behind it about what and how it was used in our western culture.
